If you visit an ExpressHEALTH Clinic and the provider feels your need is more serious and requires a physicians attention, the Family Nurse Practitioner will refer you to a medical doctor or emergency room based on your need.

Will ExpressHEALTH Clinic replace my regular doctor?
Answer: ExpressHEALTH Clinic only provides treatment for common, acute problems which occur unexpectedly and are not compromised by any chronic condition you may report to us. ExpressHEALTH Clinic believes that all individuals should have a regular, or primary care, physician who will follow them holistically on an on-going basis. Through our referral system, we will keep patients who need a regular doctor find a primary care physician, and we will work with that physician to better patient's healthcare plan if they wish.

Remember, the maximum out-of-pocket fixed cost of service for treatment require a prescription for medicine, our Family Nurse Practitioners can prescribe your medication as part of your treatment.
